24-48 Hrs before:

• Exfoliate, Shave, Wash hair
• Complete all beauty appointments (nails, massage, etc.)
  

Day of:

• Warm water shower at least 4 hours prior
• DO NOT use body washes or soap on skin
• DO NOT apply lotions, oils, deodorants or makeup
  

Appointment Time:

• Wear loose fitting clothing; dark long sleeves and sweatpants that are baggy will be best
• Sandals, NO tennis shoes
• Dress (or undress) to your comfort level! Bathing suits/undergarments/nudity is at your discretion. Disposable thongs and nipple covers will be provided. *silk or spandex may stain *Men must wear undergarments
  

During Processing

• Do not shower or come in contact with water until designated rinse time *(This includes excessive sweating, swimming, activities, chores, bad weather)
  

First Shower

• Warm water rinse *Not rinsing in this time frame will not give you darker results, wash off no later than 8 hours after tan!
• Do not use body washes/soap/hair products
  
• Do not shave or wax for 24-48 hours
  
• Do not exfoliate again for 4-7 days
  
• Use your hand to 'push off' the cosmetic layer of bronzer until the water runs clear. This is normal and important to avoid streaking. Pat dry with towel. Moisturize skin daily on damp skin after each shower. Hydratedskin = longer lasting tan!
  

24 Hours After

• Moisturize skin daily on damp skin after each shower. Hydrated skin = longer lasting tan!
• You are free to apply oil-free skin care products, exercise, and take regular showers
